The immense popularity of the race game TrackMania made Ubisoft think. Now they are working on a successor: TrackMania 2. TrackMania 2 will only be released on the PC as part of the new "ManiaPlanet"- service. This service includes a shooter, racer and an RPG game. The names: ShootMania, TrackMania and QuestMania. Players can build their own custom levels and share them to the world.

There will be a beta of the game in Q4 2010.
